Bio

David Lederman is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Capital Markets at Chardan and has over 17 years of experience on Wall Street. He has been at Chardan since May of 2017 and focuses on creating innovative capital raising solutions for public and private healthcare and disruptive technology clients. Over his career David has helped clients raise over $3 billion in IPOs, over $10 billion in follow-ons and PIPEs, and over $750 million in private financings. Previously, David worked at Morgan Stanley from 2006-2017 in both the equity capital markets and investment banking divisions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management.
