Bio

Slava Leykind, Managing Director, joined Sawaya Segalas in 2006. He began his career at General Mills in the Corporate Development Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. In his time with Sawaya Segalas, Slava has been actively involved in advising public companies, private companies and financial sponsors on a variety of sell-side, buy-side and corporate divestiture transactions across the consumer industry. Slava earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a dual concentration from the Tauber Manufacturing Institute.
