Andrew K. Woeber has over 20 years of investment banking experience in a broad range of industries. Selected experience includes: Amphenol ($1.7bn acquisition of MTS Systems and $750m simultaneous sale of MTS’s Test & Simulation business to Illinois Tool Works), Berkshire Hathaway ($3bn acquisition and minority squeeze-out of Wesco and consortium acquisition and break-up of Fleetwood through a Section 363 process), Bacardi ($2.5bn acquisition of Grey Goose and Bacardi family-related matters), Blackstone ($4bn acquisition, recap and IPO of Celanese), Century Theatres ($500m recap and subsequent $1.2bn sale to Cinemark), Comcast ($75bn RMT with AT&T’s cable assets), Clorox ($3bn split-off with Henkel), Cypress Semiconductor ($600m carve out of Broadcom’s IoT assets and unsolicited acquisition of Ramtron), Dolby ($250m IPO), GoDaddy ($1.8bn cross-border acquisition of HEG), Janus ($1.3bn split-off with DST), Knight Ridder ($6.5bn sale to McClatchy), NCI ($800m recap), Pope Resources ($650m sale to Rayonier), P&G (multiple divestitures), Quality Food Centers ($6bn three-way merger with Fred Meyer and Ralphs), Safeway ($10bn merger with Albertsons), Sunpower ($500m sponsored offshore spin-off of Maxeon), Time Warner ($50bn restructuring of TWE, $10bn acquisition of Turner Broadcasting and others), Wells Fargo ($5bn acquisition of Prudential’s minority stake in securities segment and others), and XOJet ($450m recap). Prior to joining Centerview, Mr. Woeber was a Partner at Greenhill & Co. and served as Co-Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions, Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, and lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and the U.S. Attorney Criminal Division in Los Angeles. Serves/served on a number of boards including BVSF Holdings (Chairman), Central Garden & Pet (Audit and Investment Committees), Episcopal Impact Fund (Advancement Committee), Stanford (Finance & Administration Committee), and UCSF (Executive and Audit Committees). Mr. Woeber received a JD from Harvard and a BA from Stanford.
