Mark van Beusekom, MSc in Engineering Management, is a dealmaker with a broad and practical experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions. At Solvay Corporate Development, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions of medium and large enterprises. He founded PS Participation Solutions in 1999 and sold it to Bank Insinger de Beaufort in 2004. Mark knows from his own experience what it’s like to successfully start, develop and sell a company. In 2007, he founded Hogenhouck with Rik Stikkelbroeck.
