Bill is the founder of CCC and has led a significant number of the firm’s transactions and advisory assignments. Bill’s areas of expertise include financing, restructuring, value-creation strategies, corporate governance and advising boards. He currently serves on the boards of SIR Royalty Income Fund, the Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada, Bailey Hunt Limited, NATT Tools Group Inc. and StarfieldConnects Ltd.
