Bill joined CCC in 1997 and he runs CCC’s Food and Beverage Practice. His industry experience also includes retail and consumer products, business services and building products. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financing and restructuring. Bill is the Chairman of Dare Foods Ltd and has served on the boards of several private companies.
