Rob joined CCC in 1997. He has been in corporate finance for over 17 years and has been involved in more than 95 successful transactions. Rob has advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, private equity recapitalizations, intellectual property licensing, and financings, including senior debt, subordinated debt and equity financings.
