Bio

Nikola joined CCC in March 2020 as a lead member of the growing valuation practice. Prior to joining CCC, Nikola spent nearly 7 years at Richter Advisory Group providing business valuation, transaction advisory and litigation support services. Nikola has led numerous mandates, including business valuations for corporate reorganizations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, shareholder disputes, economic damage quantifications and sell-side transaction advisory mandates. Nikola is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and is a CFA Charterholder and Chartered Business Valuator.
