Hugh Notman joined CCC in 2014 when CCC joined forces with Stirling Mercantile of Vancouver. Hugh has been in corporate finance for over 20 years, and involved in more than 50 successful transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, as well as debt and equity financings and fairness opinions. Hugh sits on the boards of Bishop’s College School Foundation and UBC Thunderbird Golf Society and holds the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designation.
