Bio

Michael Feng, Managing Director and Partner, oversees economic modeling and the development of various structured finance products on behalf of strategic and financial sponsors as well as capital providers. As a partner and mathematic thinker, he not only helps construct financial models tailored to each client, but also works to teach and develop in his clients an understanding of how the economics operate. Over the past 20 years, Michael has been recognized for his expertise and efficiency in modeling, having taught seminars on structured tax products for clients, as well as at law firms and at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to his joining CCA Group, Michael was at the Tax Products Group at BTM Capital Corporation, where he helped develop and execute various tax-intensive asset finance transactions. He has also held positions at TenFold as a software developer for trade-order management systems, and at Harvard University, where he taught geology, chemistry, and statistics. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University with highest honors in Chemistry.
