Greg M. Rizzo, Managing Director, brings over 12 years of experience originating, structuring and facilitating buy side/sell side renewable energy strategies to the firm. Greg works closely with energy users and project developers to help facilitate customized energy solutions to support the much-needed growth of renewable projects across North America. As demand for renewable energy continues to surge, strategies continue to shift to support the corresponding increase in supply. Greg works with companies to support these evolving strategies to ensure they correspond directly with their needs as well as the needs of project developers. He helps bridge the connection between ESG goals and economic investments for clients looking to make an impact on the renewable industry. Prior to joining CCA Group, Greg held various commercial roles at Enel Green Power, most recently leading the Commercial Office where he oversaw the successful completion of 75+ renewable energy PPAs all of which varied in size, structure, and location. These contracts supported the addition of over 8 GW of new renewable projects in the US and Canada. Greg has been a vocal member throughout the industry participating in events led by Clean Energy Buyers Association which CCA Group is a member, Smart Energy Decisions, and many other industry focused organizations. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stetson University and was a member of the nationally recognized Roland George Investments Program.
