Mr. Needham serves as Vice President of CC Capital Advisors. In this capacity, Mr. Needham advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, and valuation activity for community and regional banks primarily in the Midwest. He holds a Series 79 license. Mr. Needham has over 15 years of banking experience. Prior to joining the Country Club Bank organization, Mr. Needham was a finance and strategy executive for a regional bank where he led strategic development, financial analysis, investor relations, and managed initiatives for an Initial Public Offering. In addition, he has served as the Former Deputy Bank Commissioner in Kansas and has served on several bank boards. Mr. Needham has worked with management and bank boards on strategic planning, advised and negotiated numerous acquisitions/divestitures, performed deal structuring, investment valuation, fairness opinions, portfolio management, and identified key risk management issues for companies. Mr. Needham began his career performing assurance and advisory services for Ernst & Young and has held successive roles of increasing responsibility across multiple financial disciplines in banking, financial services, technology, investment banking, and capital markets. He obtained an accounting degree from Baker University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He has also obtained a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as attended the Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
