Bill Conway is a Managing Director at CC Capital Advisors and has advised clients on 100+ mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions totaling over $2.5 billion. Bill leads CC Capital’s efforts in the Healthcare and Energy, Power & Infrastructure industries and has advised clients on transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications, and the general industrial and business service market segments. Past experience includes being a shareholder and principal at Christenberry Collet & Co. Inc., a Kansas City based independent investment banking firm and commercial lending at Commerce Bank. Bill has presented at numerous industry seminars and forums and is an adjunct professor at Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management. Bill was included in Ingram's magazine's 40 Under Forty class, which recognizes high achievers in the Kansas City community and is a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance/Economics and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University's Helzberg School of Management. Bill is a Board member of the Kansas City Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, Chair of the Cure of Ars Finance Council and past chairman of the Rockhurst University Leaders Council. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, baseball, running, skiing and reading.
