As a Managing Director for CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, Clare provides valuable leadership within the organization’s financial and operational consulting practice. She is a CPA with nearly 15 years of project management, consulting and operational experience, and provides top tier client service for companies of all sizes, across a broad spectrum of industries. Her expertise includes business combinations and carve outs, transaction and technical accounting, merger integration, process improvement, and interim CFO services. Prior to joining CBIZ, Clare was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and built a solid record of accomplishments and reputation for excellence working with Fortune 100 clients within the consumer, industrial and chemical manufacturing sectors.
