Mark has 15 years of corporate finance experience within the Human Capital sector. He has led and completed over 40 deals across a variety of Human Capital segments including recruitment and staffing, talent assessment, training, leadership development, HR technology and HR systems integration services. Mark’s deal experience is predominately focussed on cross-border sell-side transactions valued between £10m and £150m, he has successfully closed deals with strategic acquirers from the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mark graduated from Henley Business School, University of Reading with an honours degree in International Securities & Banking. He started his career within the Human Capital sector Team of Alantra and subsequently sector specialist M&A boutique Boxington, before joining Cavendish in 2020.
