Before launching Catalyst Strategic Advisors, LLC, Joe was an equity investor, founding member and senior executive with publicly traded United Rentals, Inc. He has held a number of executive management and senior strategy positions with several large public and private companies including; The Modern Group-Dragon Energy, United Waste Systems and Waste Management Inc. These executive management and senior strategy roles span a variety of disciplines including; mergers and acquisitions, business unit operations, sales and marketing, de novo business development initiatives and multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio management. This collective body of work includes hundreds of M&A transactions and business development/special projects. Industry experience and expertise spans; industrial and construction equipment rental, manufacture, sale and distribution, highway traffic safety, underground-trench safety, specialty pump, distributed energy and climate control equipment rental, waste and recycling industry; collection, transfer, processing and disposal, and capital goods manufacturing in the infrastructure, energy-oil and gas, and agricultural sectors.
