Jim has over 30 years of experience in managing and advising businesses. Before joining Catalyst, Jim was the CEO of Stabilis Solutions, a publicly-traded energy transition company that provides liquefied natural gas and hydrogen to industrial customers throughout North America. Prior to Stabilis, Jim was a senior investment banker at UBS and Credit Suisse where he advised clients on over $60 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions. Jim focuses on new business development and transaction execution at Catalyst.
