Janice Kennedy Bio

As a founding member of Catalyst, Janice has played a pivotal role in the firm’s stellar success. With more than 20 years as a key member of merger and acquisitions teams, she has been responsible for process and transaction management, business development assessment and market analysis. While no longer involved in the day-to-day operations at Catalyst, Janice now works on special projects for the firm. Her prior experience spans several industries including financial services, retail purchasing and procurement, manufacturing, and construction equipment. Janice earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce. She lives in Colorado Springs and enjoys spending her free time with her extended family.
