A founding member of the Catalyst Team, Dan leads the analytical team at Catalyst, performing a wide range of finance and accounting due diligence and evaluation activities. His balanced combination of public and private sector, business development, accounting and analytical expertise, contributes tremendous depth in these core competencies for Catalyst. As an external auditor at Deloitte, Dan participated in national and international assignments, and as a Director of Business Development at United Rentals, Inc., he led the acquisition program through a series of strategic and tuck-in acquisitions following the company’s initial consolidation phase.
