A founding member of the Catalyst Team, Janice leads the research and operational execution activities at the firm. As an experienced marketing professional and a key member of merger and acquisition teams for more than 20 years, she is responsible for process and transaction management, business development assessment and market analysis. Janice’s prior experience spans several industries including financial services, retail purchasing and procurement, manufacturing, and construction equipment rental. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.
