Bio

Cody Imamura is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an experienced M&A advisor to corporate and private equity clients. Prior to joining Catalyst, Cody was a Deal Advisory Manager at KPMG where she consulted on over 30 transactions in various industries, primarily in TMT, manufacturing, and distribution. She began her career as an external auditor at PwC, serving healthcare and financial services clients. Cody received a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. At Catalyst, Cody is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, project management, and process development activities.
