Bio

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in transaction advisory services, audit and assurance services, and financial reporting for both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining Catalyst, Bryan was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at a national business advisory firm where his work included both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, energy, and oilfield services. Bryan received a Masters of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. At Catalyst, Bryan is responsible for financial analysis, project management, and process development activities.
