Stefano Bellavita is Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of Alantra in the Milan Office where he leads the Equity Capital Markets division. He has more than 30 years of experience in Investment Banking having worked at Schroders, Citigroup and JPMorgan both in London and Milan. Before joining Alantra Mr. Bellavita founded Eidos Partners, a Milan based financial advisory boutique focused on mid-market and specialized in mergers and acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings and debt raising. Mr. Bellavita has a broad experience in cross borders M&A transactions and a deep knowledge of the equity capital markets having completed more than 60 IPOs on the Italian Stock Exchange. Stefano Bellavita holds a degree in International Finance from Bocconi University.
