Andrew is a Partner at Catalyst and has nearly 25 years of investment banking experience in corporate acquisition finance and sponsor leveraged finance. As Head of Debt Capital Markets at Catalyst, Andrew brings an extensive track record in helping businesses access both new sources of debt capital and manage existing debt facilities. Recent deals include raising new debt for Foster + Partners, XLN Business Services, Interfloor and Avondale Environmental, as well as at the other end of the spectrum advising Gala Coral on £1.3bn of debt facilities. Prior to joining Catalyst, he worked at Barclays Capital where he was Global Head of Debt Advisory and one of the senior Managing Directors working in European Leveraged Finance. Andrew has extensive experience across a broad array of debt instruments, including high yield capital markets, loans, securitisation, asset backed, bonds, amendments & waivers. Before starting his career in investment banking, Andrew was a graduate in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and trained as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
