Jeff Bray has over 25 years of operating and technology experience primarily in the financial services and manufacturing industries at companies including Bank of America, Capital One Financial, Seacoast Bank, and General Electric. He has extensive leadership experience in executing significant change across diverse business lines. He also has a track record of building high-performing teams that deliver transformational change, reduced operating costs, and sustained, profitable growth. Mr. Bray has led over 50+ operational and technology transformations across sales, marketing, fulfillment, call center, lending, data center management, infrastructure, IT security, governance, enterprise risk, and outsorucing. He has designed and led over 25+ acquisition integrations, developed and implemented a strategic technology and operations innovation roadmap for a large bank which improved the bank's operational efficiency by 37%, and spearheaded Six Sigma implementation programs that resulted in over $400 million in profitability improvement. Mr. Bray holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has also completed numerous Executive Education programs at The Wharton School at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
