Pietro joined Cassiopea Partners in 2016. Along with the partners and team he supports clients in the scouting and execution of M&A transactions. Pietro also is responsible for the execution and monitoring of Cassiopea Partners investments activity as club deal originator. Some of the selected deals on which Pietro was involved are: Sale of a majority stake of Sistemia S.p.A. to KKR; Acquisition of Gruppo La Piadineria by Permira Funds; Sale of a minority stake in Cannon S.p.A.; Acquisition of Arrigoni S.p.A. by Armonia; Acquisition of Hippocrates Holding by Antin Infrastructure Partners; Acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo by Wise Equity. Pietro graduated in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in 2017.
