Marc Philipp is a managing partner and co-founder of the German office. Marc Philipp gained many years of experience in corporate finance and M&A with ABN AMRO, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Paris and London. He has advised both German and international clients on numerous cross-border buy and sell side transactions, carve-outs, public offers, LBOs as well as IPOs and capital raisings. He has gained in-depth sector experiences across various industries including infrastructure, power & utilities, energy, logistics and transportation, industrial services as well as consumer and retail. He holds a business degree (‘Diplom Kaufmann’) with a major in Finance & Banking from the EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel.
