Jihane Kabouya Roberts Bio

Jihane joined the French office of CASE CASSIOPEA in 2023, bringing with her over 15 years of M&A experience advising a wide range of national and international corporate companies, as well as private equity funds, on various M&A advisory deals. Before joining CASE CASSIOPEA, Jihane began her career at Rothschild & Cie in Paris in 2006. Later, in 2016, she joined Sycomore Corporate Finance, where she specialized in advising private equity funds on M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries. With a strong generalist M&A background, Jihane has worked across several sectors. Her primary focus sectors include infrastructure, healthcare, and retail. Jihane holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from HEC Paris.
