Giorgio Maria Introini Bio

Giorgio joined CASE CASSIOPEA’s Milan office in 2017. In addition to his position in CASE CASSIOPEA, he is founder and CEO of FINER S.r.l, a financial advisory house for family businesses established in 2014. Prior to founding FINER, Giorgio served as Managing Director at Mediobanca S.p.A., a leading Italian merchant bank, where he worked in the M&A and corporate finance department. With over 25 years in Investment Banking, Giorgio has successfully completed more than 100 transactions (M&A, IPO and debt restructuring) and has advised some of Italy’s most well-known entrepreneurial families and industrial companies. Giorgio graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.
