Naaman Heyman is a Managing Director in Cascadia Capital’s Industrials group. He is focused on advising and executing strategic transactions on behalf of clients in the sector, specifically within the Building Products & Distribution and Construction Services sub-verticals. Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Naaman was a Vice President in Barclays’ Industrials Group in New York, where he advised Distribution and Building Products companies on a broad spectrum of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt transactions. Earlier, Naaman was the Assistant Corporate Treasurer at Orbotech, where he managed the Company’s investments of funds and oversaw external subsidies. Naaman holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is registered with FINRA, holding the Series 79 and 63 licenses.
