Don More Bio

Don More is a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital with over two decades of experience banking the Cybersecurity & Risk sector, which includes cyber compliance, managed security services, cloud infrastructure, devsecops and critical infrastructure protection. He brings a wealth of expertise, having successfully advised over 100 clients in mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. Prior to joining Cascadia, Don was a Managing Director and Partner at Lincoln International, where he led the firm’s Cybersecurity & Risk Investment Banking practice. During his tenure, he consummated numerous cybersecurity M&A deals on behalf of the world’s most innovative entrepreneurs and investors. Don previously led Cybersecurity & Risk banking as a Managing Director at Citizens Bank/JMP Securities, and at DC Advisory/Signal Hill. He started his career as a M&A lawyer at Davis Polk, and a technology banker at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
