Thomas Mills is a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital in the Capital Markets Group, where he leverages extensive experience working with middle-market businesses across various industries. Tom has more than 20 years of experience in debt capital markets, raising capital for clients in a wide variety of industries and transactions, including recapitalizations, growth financings, and management buyouts. Prior to joining Cascadia, Tom led the Chicago Office for FocalPoint Partners, started the Capital Markets practice for Livingstone Partners, and earlier in his career worked as a commercial lender with LaSalle Bank (Bank of America) and American National Bank (JPMorgan). Thomas earned his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from DePaul University.
