Lindsey oversees Human Resources at Cascadia. She is responsible for partnering with management on institutionalizing our human capital processes, driving growth initiatives for our employees, attracting best in class talent, and supporting the continued success of our business. Lindsey joined Cascadia from Elliott Investment Management where she led the U.S. recruiting practice and served as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining Elliott, Lindsey was a Human Capital Manager at ExodusPoint where she supported the buildout of the HR function for the newly launched hedge fund. She previously served as a Senior HRBP on the Global Fixed Income team at Morgan Stanley. Lindsey spent the first 7 years of her HR career as a Generalist at Soros Fund Management.
