Matthew Feldman brings over 10 years of investment banking experience, leading corporate finance transactions across a range of industries including consumer products and retail, healthcare, building products and industrials. He has extensive experience in all aspects of deal execution and deal management, including sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising engagements for clients ranging in size from middle-market businesses to large, publicly held companies. During his career, he has been involved in transactions that total over $30 billion in enterprise value. Select transactions that Matthew has worked on include: the sale of Sur-Seal to Capital Partners, the recapitalization of TCC Wireless, Alticor’s sale of the Laura Mercier and RéVive brands to Shiseido Americas, The Estée Lauder Companies’ acquisition of GlamGlow, Quad-C Management’s $450 million sale of InterWrap to Owens Corning, H.J. Heinz Company’s $27.7 billion sale to Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital, Harvest Partners’ ~$1 billion sale of Packers Holdings to Leonard Green & Partners, and Emeritus Corporation’s $5.3 billion stock-for-stock merger with Brookdale Senior Living. Prior to joining Cascade Partners, Matthew was a Director at a leading regional investment banking firm. There, he was responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Vice President at Moelis & Company in New York City and also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Political Science from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction. He maintains Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses with FINRA.
