Nancy R. Oliver serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Cary Street Partners’ Investment Adviser entities, where she oversees the strategic management and execution of the firm’s investment advisory compliance programs. With a deep understanding of SEC investment adviser regulations, Nancy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm’s adherence to evolving industry standards and maintaining a strong compliance culture. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has leveraged her extensive experience to strengthen compliance initiatives and provide critical oversight across all advisory operations. Prior to Cary Street Partners, Nancy served as a Compliance Specialist at Harris Williams, where she gained valuable experience in navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University, reflecting her strong analytical and leadership skills, which she continues to apply to her role in safeguarding the firm’s integrity and client trust.
