Bio

Jon Bates has more than 30 years of senior management experience, with a diverse background spanning numerous business sectors, including sales, distribution, marketing, communications, media, entertainment, insurance, and green technology. Prior to Carriage Hill, he was a key member of the business development and deal origination team at Iridium Partners, a merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on private, middle market companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bates was Vice President of Operations for Chiaroscuro Records, he also worked in various production roles for CBS Records / Hammond Music Enterprises and was Director of Sales for Audio Fidelity Enterprises. Jon is a 25 year member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, and holds a BS in Communications from Boston University.
