Nico Schmidt-Weidemann Bio

Nico joined Carlsquare in 2016 and is a Director based in Munich. He has more than ten years M&A experience and worked on numerous transactions in the FMCG, Life Science and Industrial sectors. Prior to joining Carlsquare, he worked at CMC Consulting Group in Munich and in the small/mid cap M&A team at Groupe BPCE in New York and Frankfurt. Nico holds an LL.M. (M&A) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster.
