Morten Kjærulff Bio

Morten graduated with a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. More than 20 years of experience in advisory services on M&A, IPOs, secondaries and private placements. Morten has worked with Nordea Securities, HSH Corporate Finance, Dansk Merchant Capital and a number of years as adviser, partner and CEO of one of the leading Danish agencies focusing on strategic and financial communication.
