Luc is an experienced international M&A advisor with particular expertise in the field of industrial technology. Luc focuses on dynamically growing companies that use digitalization, automation and improved efficiency to enable disruptive change in areas such as research & development, manufacturing, farming, defense, environmental monitoring and energy transition. He has also closely followed the growing European cannabis market, advising several of the field’s pioneers. Before joining Carlsquare, Luc was a Managing Director at Bryan Garnier in Munich and then Stockholm. He has also worked at SMBC in London and ams OSRAM in Munich. Luc holds an MSC in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, and a BSc in Political Science and Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon.
