Kevin joined Carlsquare through the merger with Capital Clarity and has been with the firm since 2022. He has over 25 years of financial industry experience encompassing M&A and capital raising activities for both private and public companies. Kevin previously worked at D.A. Davidson, Houlihan Lokey, ArchPoint Partners, NASDAQ, UBS and Robertson Stephens. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and the University of Maryland.
