Jorge Abugaber joined Carlsquare in 2023 as Managing Partner for Poland & CEE. Jorge has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking. He previously worked as Managing Director at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking responsible for the TMT, consumer, retail and healthcare sectors. Prior to that he worked for Trigon Investment Banking in Warsaw and for J.P. Morgan in New York City. Jorge graduated from Harvard College in 2008 with an A.B. in Economics and a secondary degree in Psychology. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Advisor on the Warsaw Stock Exchange ASO. Jorge is a native speaker of English and Spanish and is fluent in Polish.
