Jens-Christian has been a Director at Carlsquare since August 2024. He brings over 14 years of experience in M&A, having gained extensive expertise in M&A execution and deal origination at prestigious investment banks like Merrill Lynch and Barclays, as well as leading consulting firms such as PwC and EY. At EY, he headed Deal Origination for GSA. His career also includes significant roles in the FinTech and start-up sectors, notably as Head of Partnerships for Europe at the private equity platform Moonfare and as Chief Investment Officer at Media and Games Invest. He served also as Managing Director at the financing platform Fundingport. Jens-Christian holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau, with a focus on corporate valuation and accounting, and is a CFA Charterholder.
