Caspar Graf Stauffenberg studied business administration in Reutlingen and London. He then worked as a project manager for Arthur D. Little in the strategy and organization division and as project manager for M&A at the Binding Group (today: Radeberger). Prior to joining Carlsquare, he was CFO and later CEO of MAP Medizin-Technologie GmbH and CEO and co-founder of Aequos Endoprosthetics GmbH. Both companies were sold under his direction.
