Anders Bo Bio

Anders graduated with a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and University of Michigan and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Anders has successfully closed numerous corporate-finance transactions since 1996 within the fields of M&A, public-tender offers, private placements, rights issues and IPOs. Anders worked at WestLB Panmure Investment Bank, Gudme Raaschou Bankaktieselskab and HSH Corporate Finance before co-founding Dansk Merchant Capital in 2007. In March 2019, the corporate-finance activities of Dansk Merchant Capital were acquired by Carlsquare.
