Mr. Montague is a senior executive with deep expertise providing business advisory services to middle-market companies and developing and implementing numerous financial and operational improvement programs. During his projects, he has been involved in M & A transactions, in and out of court restructurings, and refinancings. He possesses a wide range of experience in the areas of production management, project management, organizational development, change management, and business process redesign. Mr. Montague has significant technical expertise in IT and ERP systems across multiple platforms, including global implementation and management of technology platforms. Mr. Montague has served in various roles for numerous companies, including CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer, VP of IT Services, COO, Director of Operations, Plant Manager, and Engineering Manager. Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, he was a co-Founder and Director of Operations for BR Surgical LLC, a wholesale distributor of surgical instruments and imaging systems, where he managed all operations. Earlier, Mr. Montague was with Griffin LLC, a $400 million global manufacturer of chemicals, where he was Global SAP Manager and General Manager of a chemical plant. He began his career with Engelhard Corp., serving in engineering and production management positions. Mr. Montague graduated with a B.Ch.E. Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
