Jonathan Bushnell Bio

Mr. Bushnell is an investment banking professional with extensive experience working alongside wealth advisors and their business owner clients as they consider sales or other major financial transactions. With a focus on family-owned and closely held middle market companies, Mr. Bushnell advises on sell-side transactions that increase liquidity for business owners and grow assets under management for asset managers. Prior to joining Carl Mark Advisors, Mr. Bushnell worked in finance, specializing in advising real estate companies and their management teams on strategic and financial issues across all phases of development and operations. He has counseled clients on transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of operating companies and major portfolios of real estate assets. He has also advised a foreign bank on its US portfolio of 52 properties, including hotels, apartments, healthcare facilities, residential developments, and golf course communities. Mr. Bushnell holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Turnaround Management Association and the Urban Land Institute. He is a FINRA Registered Representative.
