Daniel Schenk Bio

Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been involved in over 90 transactions in Germany and the USA and is a co-founder of two leading M&A advisory firms. What has always driven him is the creative aspect and the passion for setting new goals. Daniel’s focus has been not just on recognizing the value of a company, but also on believing in what a company can become and what can be achieved with it. In 2018, Daniel founded the DoubleDigit Group, which includes CARL. He is convinced that enormous potential in mid-sized companies remains untapped due to a lack of professional corporate finance advice, which is not monetized in traditional M&A processes. Daniel’s and CARL’s mission is to discover and unlock these potentials, create added value for entrepreneurs that they never thought possible, and lead companies into a better future with the right partner.
