Randy has over 25 years of entrepreneurial and transactional experience with over 15 years advising public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions. His expertise spans a range of industries including energy, manufacturing, financial services, distribution, and technology. Randy was a founder, board member, and CFO of GX Technology Corporation, developing ground-breaking 3-D subsurface imaging technology for the global energy industry. He previously served as a partner and managing director of Westlake Securities from 2007 to 2018 and was a senior manager at Deloitte with a focus on energy, technology, banking, securities, and retail. Randy holds a BBA degree in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He serves on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas School of Information.
