Bio

Jane brings over 15 years of experience in operations, investment banking, and advisory in both the public and private sectors. In 2018, she co-founded the executive advisory firm, Elm Street Advisors, with Jim Scully (former interim CEO of J.Jill, COO/CFO of Avon, COO/CFO of J.Crew). Jane is also a General Partner of Midnight Venture Partners, an early-stage consumer-focused venture capital firm. Jane previously worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs’ Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare group out of New York. She started her career in operational finance with companies going through corporate transformations and supporting post-transaction implementation. She currently sits on the board of Tom Beckbe, a sporting apparel and accessories business, and is a board observer of her family’s global chemical science company. She holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Boston University and a MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.
