Richard Revelins joined Cappello Group, Inc. as a Managing Director. He has over 35 years’ experience with international investment banks in the area of corporate finance and corporate advice. He has held senior positions with Kleinwort Benson Australia Limited, Morgan Grenfell Australia Limited and McIntosh Securities Limited (now Merrill Lynch Australia Limited) before forming and co-founding Peregrine Corporate Limited, an Australian based investment bank. Mr. Revelins has predominantly specialized in the mining and natural resources industry and was the former chairman of Atlas Iron (ASX:AGO), a leading Australian iron ore producer. He was also the former chairman of GoldRoad Resources Limited and a director of Mintails Limited, Prima Resources Limited Prima Biomed Limited, Western Diamond Corp Ltd., Cangold Limited (Canada), Select Vaccines Limited, and IMI Ltd. He is the company secretary of Prana Biotechnology Limited (NASDAQ: PRAN) and a director of Mining Projects Limited (Australia). Mr. Revelins has been responsible for a number of Initial Public Offerings on a number of international stock exchanges including ASX, NASDAQ, AIM and TSX. He has been responsible for numerous capital raisings for both public and private companies and is actively involved in the venture capital industry. Educated in Australia, Mr. Revelins completed his Bachelor of Economics Degree at Monash University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Directors.
